Concept note on strenghtened UN gender equality architecture

[New York, August 2007] UN Deputy Secretary-General has drafted a concept note on the strengthened UN gender equality architecture to support the intergovernmental review of the way the UN currently works for gender equality. The note responds to Secretary-General's request to provide additional information on how an improved gender equality architecture could look like.
